How much control do we truly have in shaping who we become? Is our life crafted by deliberate choices or shaped by forces beyond our control?
Using an alternative workflow that merges drawings with chemicals on light-sensitive paper, Jade Ward paints the battle between chance and control. The resulting works are pieces of a story—of what could have been, what is, and what might be. This series seeks to embrace both the planned and the unforeseen, reflecting on the beauty and inevitability of outcomes.
